Requirements:
· NYS real estate license or in the process of obtaining.
· Fulltime availability.
· Reliable vehicle.
· Computer/internet/phone.
· Desire to be part of a growing real estate brokerage.
Nice to have:
· Familiarity with the five boroughs and Long Island.
· Bi-lingual.
· Prior sales experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
· Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
· Conduct property showings and open houses.
· Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants.
· Guide clients through the negotiation process to achieve favorable terms.
· Stay up to date with real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations.
· Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
· Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain a strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and amenities.
Skills:
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
· Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
· Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
