As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene. You will also be responsible for responding to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful approach, ensuring residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions, recording vital signs as requested by staff, and promptly notifying the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions.
In addition to providing direct care, you will work closely with the families of residents to ensure open communication and understanding. You will also have the opportunity to participate in organizing activities and facilitating social interactions, which will add variety and richness to your role.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current CNA certificate, a can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents, the ability to work effectively both as a team and independently, and a genuine love for seniors.
