We are seeking an exceptional LPN to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cañon City, CO.

Responsibilities
- Practices according to philosophy and policies/procedures: Provide care that aligns with the community's standards and state regulations.
- Completes resident assessments: Gather essential information to develop effective care plans.
- Provides direction and leadership to care staff: Train and manage caregivers, med techs, and other employees to meet resident needs.
- Trains staff on medication administration and other care duties: Ensure caregivers receive necessary skills to deliver quality care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills
- Love for seniors
