Job Responsibilities
- Practice nursing in accordance with the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
- Conduct thorough resident assessments to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Lead and direct care staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Train staff on medication administration and other care duties to maintain continuity of care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Proficiency in computer skills
- A genuine passion for working with seniors and promoting their well-being
