About the Role
The Registered Nurse provides critical support to the Director of Health and Wellness, taking on responsibilities and tasks when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking a leadership role or wanting to take their career to the next level.
This role combines clinical work with staff leadership, directing and managing caregivers, med techs, and other employees to meet resident needs and provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
- Conduct resident assessments
- Provide direction and leadership to care staff
- Train staff on medication administration and other care duties
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills
- A love for seniors
