Job Summary
We seek an outstanding RN/LPN to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You'll work 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am, providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
- Practice according to the community's philosophy and policies/procedures
- Complete resident assessments
- Provide direction and leadership to care staff
- Train staff on medication administration and other care duties
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Hold a valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Have computer skills
- Enjoy working with seniors
