Job Summary
This is a full-time Registered Nurse position available at our nursing home community. We are seeking an experienced RN who can provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care, develop treatment plans, and communicate with families and physicians.
- Lead and supervise care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Competitive salary range: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour based on qualifications.
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000 ($500 with first paycheck (minimum of four complete shifts required), $2,000 after 90 days of successful employment and $2,500 after six months of successful employment).
