Your Role as a CNA
- Provide personalized care and support for daily activities (ADLs) while respecting resident dignity and privacy.
- Respond compassionately to resident needs and call lights.
- Understand dietary preferences and restrictions to ensure proper nutrition.
- Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Notify supervisory nurses of any resident condition changes promptly.
