We are currently seeking a Part Time Rehabilitation Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. This role is perfect for a skilled and flexible therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the freedom of PRN scheduling. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily living activities, enhance their independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve their functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices
- Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to establish and support therapy goals
- Educate residents and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to enhance independence
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services, evaluations, and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule
