Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while enjoying the flexibility of a PRN schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of residents' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy services, evaluations, and progress notes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is highly valued.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule.
