As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the well-being of all individuals on the premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to observe activities and identify potential security threats.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Manage conflicts with professionalism and de-escalate situations as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of property to prevent loss and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide first aid or CPR assistance when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is Required.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.

Hours are Monday -Friday 6:30 AM -1:30 pm and Saturday 6:30 am -10am
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.5 per week
