Position: Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:
Skyline Social and Games is looking for a talented professional to assist with our arcade operations. This team member will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various arcade attractions within our facility including, but not limited to: video games, skill games, redemption games, card swipes, attractions, POS stations, audio, and video surveillance systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, but is still able to receive guidance from others, along with being comfortable reaching out to other support personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment
- Replace broken or missing parts, and ensure all games are running smoothly
- Order necessary parts to keep games up and running
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Work with our team of technicians to solve problems and outstanding tasks
- Have a flexible schedule to take care of repairs in a timely manner
- Occasionally assist with the redemption counter
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Excel in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical assemblies
- Understand the safe and proper use of power/hand tools, DMM, soldering equipment
- Able to read and understand wiring diagrams
- Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware
- Promptly perform required preventive maintenance of games, rides and equipment
- Experience in component level circuit board repair and troubleshooting preferred
- Must be well-organized and able to multi-task
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Perform required safety inspections
- Able to work either every weekend or every other weekend
- Must be able to pass a mandatory background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise
