Operations and Supply Chain Lead

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and materials management processes
- Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast production needs and develop production plans
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient storage and distribution of materials
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking materials, including barcoding or RFID technology
- Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators related to materials management

Experience:

- Proven experience in medical supply chain management, materials management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control principles
- Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports using spreadsheet or database software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
