You can expect to spend your time accomplishing the following:
- 90% of the time on Objective 1: Supporting Program Operations
- 10% of the time on Objective 2: Personal & Professional Development
Job Responsibilities - What to Expect
- Provision network services for program customers per process and requirements
- Support service team and customers with new circuit turn ups
- Improve provisioning process and templates as needed
- Complete audits to ensure that all Provisioning documents are kept up to date.
- Attend the weekly Provisioning team planning meeting (via MS Teams) to ensure that the team has alignment on priorities and schedule
- Support training efforts related to Provisioning
- Complete weekly checks of Operational NSRs
- Peer review implementation details for Provisioning team members
- Continual professional growth in the technology field through the pursuit of certifications
Your Knowledge & Expertise
- 5 Years of experience in a computer related field, with three years specializing in network technologies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an engineering related field. A year of specialized experience may be substituted.
- Experience working within ITIL framework.
- CCNA/JNCIA or Equivalent Preferred
Salary : $25 - $27
