The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to ensure successful sales transactions with our customers, while developing leadership qualities, in order to take on additional roles within the company. This position is customer-facing, so the ideal candidate is good with people, enjoys interacting, and thrives in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build quality relationships with customers in-person
· New customer acquisition for clients
· Attend team meetings and help manage team production
· Take on leadership roles as growth occurs within the company
