The T&E Analyst will provide technical and programmatic services focused on Littoral Explosive Ordnance Neutralization T&E activities. The duties include but are not limited to:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Skylla Engineering is seeking a highly motivated, self driven, team player for a Test and Evaluation Analyst (T&E Analyst) position for the Explosive Hazard Defeat Team. The T&E Analyst will provide technical and programmatic services focused on Littoral Explosive Ordnance Neutralization T&E activities. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Development and/or review or technical and programmatic T&E plans and documentation (e.g. T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Verification Matrices, Technical Review Action Plans, Summary Reports, Statements of Work, etc.)
- Coordination of Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviews and comment adjudication of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Performance of test execution services in live testing (e.g. test execution lead, test data collection, target coordination, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with technical SMEs, Principal Assistant Program Managers, APdMs, and program T&E execution staff.
- Expected to provide educated advice and deliverables to quality standards—delivered on time, error-free, and suitable for the intended purpose.

Required Experience
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Test & Evaluation (T&E), Systems Engineering, DoD Acquisition, or Software Acquisition process, and Program Management experience.
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance.
- Highly desired: Practical experience working in at least one aspect of planning for and/or conducting test events.
- Experience working in an acquisition program office environment with documentation, protocols formats, and deadlines.
- Experience with US Marine Corps combat systems and processes.
