As an Enterprise Applications Manager, you will be leading a team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a portfolio of applications that address the unique challenges of the construction industry. You will work closely with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify needs, design strategies, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

STRATEGY AND VISION
- Define and drive the strategic direction for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader IT and business objectives.
- Understand and anticipate the direction of the business and industry trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations to support DAVIS’ future needs.
- LEADERSHIP COLLABORATION
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts and Application Specialists.
- Collaborate with DAIVS’ Innovation Council. business leaders and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule application development and enhancement requests.
- Champions a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, positive team dynamics.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand the business strategy and establish an applications roadmap that is responsive to the business’ vision & goals.
- DEPARTMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the budget for enterprise applications, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Performs personnel administrative functions (e.g. recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training professional development, supervising, evaluating, corrective counseling, providing professional development, etc.).
- APPLICATION MANAGEMENT
- Oversee the entire application lifecycle, from selection and procurement to customization, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
- Document business process and develop project charters. Responsible for execution of the application roadmap including projects and day-to-day operations.
- SECURITY
- Uphold cyber security, risk management, and compliance requirements to protect business integrity and brand reputation .
- Establish disaster recovery and backup procedures.
- Partners with business and Solutions Architecture and Infrastructure security teams to proactively reduce the technological risks in the environment.
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Drive application-related change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions when implementing new solutions.
- Functions include end user education, documentation, unit testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of solutions. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Communicate project status to various levels of management.
- Plan and manage enterprise applications projects, overseeing functional and technical aspects of the implementation effort using effective project management techniques.
- Establish and refines goals, performance, and accountability measures to ensure DAVIS team is meeting timelines, working efficiently, and providing high levels of service delivery.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of solutions from inception to completion.
- VENDOR / RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Oversees relationships with key IT delivery partners and contracts.
- Manages relationships and negotiations with vendors for enterprise applications

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 DAVIS offers a 100% employer-paid health care plan (to include family), life insurance, short- and long-term disability benefits, and an annual contribution to your HSA.
