Client Account Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with consumers to recommend products and services to meet their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage individual client accounts to bolster brand awareness, maximize customer engagement, and drive sales
- Handle customer complaints in a professional, empathetic manner and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary
- Assist new Client Account Associate team members by providing guidance and support throughout the training process
- Meet company and client compliance standards at all times and represent the brand professionally
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers
