What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager/Administrative Assistant position at SkyMax Properties LLC?
SCOPE AND PURPOSE The Property Management Assistant will perform a variety of operational duties as they relate to the department of Property Management and will report to the Property Manager. This position will perform general clerical duties including: answering phones, entering information into spreadsheets, entering information into AppFolio, neighbor communications, and other duties as required. This is a full-time 40 hours per week non-exempt position, plus occasional overtime. Due to the nature and requirements of the position, the hours are flexible to fit the need, but typically include Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm, with occasional weekend requirements as requested. Work will be performed at the 100 Finley Villa Court Kingsport TN.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Input of potential resident housing application information in AppFolio Auditing of monthly deposits Updating and maintaining the move-in schedule pertaining to property management that is monitored by MLF & Integral Care Read electric meters, post on spreadsheet, then post on individual ledgers Scheduling appointments for property management team Updating and maintaining neighbor information in AppFolio (current phone numbers and emails, emergency contacts, etc.). Maintaining proper security of sensitive paperwork and conversations Update and maintain key control system Manage LLV’s with funding providers Manage delinquents and communications with neighbors Assemble Move In Packets Put together all Move In Packets and pull keys for new neighbors Assist in the recordkeeping of healthy living inspections and documentation of incidents in AppFolio Assist in the goal of neighbors feeling valued and cared for Keep Property Management issues extremely confidential Attend regularly scheduled staff and PMRC meetings Assist Property Management leadership as needed
