What would you do as a Producing Branch Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of four years business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum two years experience in a financial institution and two years' sales experience.
- Two years of Leadership and Management experience supervising and developing a team.
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
