The company has 6 employees and seeks to hire 6 engineers as soon as possible. They expect to have 25 employees within the next year.
The company will pay salary up to $220k, plus equity (roughly 1% of the company) which could be very lucrative.
Job responsibilities :
- You could spend anywhere from 50-100% of your time on backend engineering.
- Designing scalable solutions and shipping features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
- Leading initiatives across backend, front end, and infrastructure, with opportunities for high ownership and growth.
- Collaborating closely with designers and other engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
