Within just 12 months of its inception, the company has experienced impressive revenue growth and is quickly expanding its team. Currently, there are 6 employees, with plans to double that number to 25 within the next year.
Enjoy a competitive salary of up to $220k and equity that could be quite valuable (approximately 1% of the company).
Job Responsibilities :
- Spend 50-100% of your time focused on backend engineering.
- Design scalable solutions and deploy features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
- Take a leadership role across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, with opportunities for significant ownership and growth.
- Collaborate closely with designers and other engineers during the design and implementation phases.
