With Series B funding secured and a rapidly expanding client base that includes numerous Fortune 500 companies, now is an exciting time to become part of our team.This position offers a competitive salary of up to $180k, annual performance bonuses up to 15% of your salary, and potential equity that could be extremely valuable.Key Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth user research with customers, research panels, and industry experts to drive design decisions and uncover opportunities for future products.Synthesize user and business needs to set clear scopes and requirements for product releases.Create user experiences that simplify complex problems through wireframes, sketches, journey maps, and other design tools.Develop high-fidelity, build-ready prototypes for various interfaces (Web, iOS, Android) following responsive design best practices.Perform usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, identifying friction points in current products.Lead meetings and brainstorming sessions, promoting effective design methodologies.Qualifications : At least 5 years of professional experience in UX / product design, particularly in consumer-facing products.A portfolio that showcases human-centered design for successfully shipped products.Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and experience managing high-impact design projects.Proven ability to lead design initiatives across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.Strong skills in user experience research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and user interface design.Technical fluency, a growth mindset, humility, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in B2B design.A background in top-tier startups, leading design firms, or renowned tech companies.A degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).About Skyrocket VenturesSkyrocket Ventures is a recruiting firm working with hundreds of high-growth technology companies, from industry leaders to top startups.
