Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injectable Trainer/Instructor to lead hands-on training courses in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong background in medical aesthetics, and a commitment to fostering diversity and excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in-person didactic sessions on aesthetic injectables.
- Provide hands-on instruction for neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures.
- Educate students on facial anatomy, injection techniques, and safety protocols.
- Assess and mentor students to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Stay updated on the latest industry advancements and best practices.
- Ensure all training adheres to medical aesthetics regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the academy’s leadership to refine curriculum and teaching methods.
Qualifications:
- Must be an NP, PA, MD, DO, or RN with aesthetics experience
- Active License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic injectables (preferably 3-5 years for lead trainers).
- Prior teaching or mentorship experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Passion for education and supporting the growth of aspiring injectors.
Highly experienced injectors with industry recognition or advanced certifications may command premium rates for specialized training sessions.
