Laborer

Skyscraper Construction is on the lookout for experienced Structural Restoration Laborers to join our awesome team in the exciting world of Skyscraper Construction.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Fixing concrete problems
• Reviving concrete surfaces
• Creating and perfecting concrete surfaces
• Keeping waterproofing intact
• Changing rebar when needed
• Sealing cracks in concrete
• Tackling expansion joint issues
• Applying protective coatings
• Helping with concrete mold assembly
• Using heavy machinery like concrete mixers and pumps
• Checking the quality of concrete mixes
• Assisting in pouring and finishing concrete floors
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Ability to speak Spanish
• Knowledge of construction tools, machinery, and materials
• Preferably 1 year of construction experience
• Training available for the right candidate(s)
• Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts or scaffolds over 40 feet
• Comfortable working near water
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites (Travel opportunities may come up)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Understanding of construction blueprints
• Skills in concrete finishing like troweling and stamping
• Familiarity with concrete curing methods and industry rules
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• No Criminal Record in the last 5 years
