Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Renewal Agent to join our dynamic team at Sky. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer proficiency and outstanding communication skills in English. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful renewal of insurance policies by providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Communication : Engage with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to discuss policy renewals, address inquiries, and resolve any issues related to their insurance coverage.

Policy Management : Review and process insurance policy renewals in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all required documentation and information are accurately recorded.

System Utilization : Use company software and computer systems effectively to update client information, track renewal statuses, and manage policy details.

Customer Support : Provide clear explanations of policy terms, and renewal procedures to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied with their insurance options.

Documentation : Prepare and maintain accurate records of renewal transactions, client interactions, and any follow-up actions required.

Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless renewal process and contribute to team goals.

Answer incoming calls

Qualifications :

Technical Skills : Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and insurance management systems.

Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
