Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 6-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of writing user stories, expertise in Agile methodologies and ceremonies, and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Write clear, concise, and well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Develop workflow diagrams, UML diagrams, process maps, and business process documentation.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in defining test cases.
Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
- Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Rally.
- Experience working with federal clients (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days onsite in Washington, DC).
