We are seeking an Office Coordinator/Admin Assistant with prior office experience to join our fortune 500 soil distribution team to start immediately. Previous scheduling experience is a plus. This position starts out at $18 and and is 1st shift Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm and must be flexible with hours and OT on Saturday as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- The job would consist of customer service, making appointments with our customers.
- Need to be computer savvy and have the ability to multitask.
- Responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex clerical duties in support of the plant operations at plant level including the production, warehousing and distribution functions
- Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, answering phones and greeting and assisting visitors
- Enters and confirms customer orders
- Performs Accounts Payable functions
- Maintains routine records and reports such as inventory records

- Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, answering phones and greeting and assisting visitors
- Enters and confirms customer orders
- Maintains routine records and reports such as inventory records. Reviews and proofs calculations, compiles information and generates reports as requested
- Serves as a backup for the Dispatcher and Office Manager for critical functions such as dispatching.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Previous office and clerical experience, including customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with dispatching and multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and calendar management
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- Demonstrated ability to proofread and perform data entry tasks

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
