We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, providing excellent front desk support, and facilitating effective communication within the team.
Pay/Schedule
- Pay is starting at $17/hr, to be hired in at a higher rate
- 1st Shift: Shifts are 6am-3:30pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm
- Contract Period: January and run through end of May, early June
Duties
- Front Desk – duties include: Scale tickets, Scale reports, receiving log, greet guests
- Scanning/Filing – duties include: Scanning, Run scanning reports ZPOD, Email carriers
- Cover scale for breaks and end of day
- Run shipping reports
Skills
- Must be friendly, responsible and reliable.
- Should be capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.
- Computer knowledge and organizational skills required

Qualifications
- Proven office, clerical, and administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in office management and event planning
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and payroll processes
- Ability to manage schedules and vendor relations
- Background in medical office management and team supervision
- Proficient in calendar management and training development
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.09 per hour
