Responsibilities include:
Program development is a dynamic process that involves continuous assessment, innovation, and collaboration across various departments. The Program Director plays a pivotal role in driving the development of new programming, enhancing existing offerings, and ensuring that all operational aspects are streamlined and aligned with the organization's mission and goals.

Some of the responsibilities:
- Administrative oversight of day-to-day program operations, and client experiences
- Facilitate weekly all-staff meetings covering all major topics in each pillar, and communicate program needs and directives from Senior Leadership.
- Develop, review, and update policies and procedures that govern program operations, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive policy manual that outlines guidelines for staff behavior, client interactions, and emergency protocols.
- Create comprehensive training manuals for all program staff, covering topics such as program curriculum, client interactions, safety protocols, and organizational culture.
- Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to support staff development.
Qualifications:
1 years work related experience as a Program Director, 2 years work related Supervisory/leadership experience managing 10 employees. Program start-up leadership experience preferred.
- Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility, span-of-control and professional development.
- Deep understanding of human resources, employee performance improvement plans, and corrective action policies.
- Experience with data analysis, budgeting, and accurate reporting
- Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth using organizational software platforms (monday.com)
- Strategic mindset with a sharp business acumen
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
