Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a therapeutic, wellness, or education environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CPR, First Aid and AED certifications
- Work includes active movement around the facility in and out of doors, year-round in all weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
- Must be able to stand up and move around most of the workday.
- Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs, be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and be able to lift, bend, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp; use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects; frequently reach and bend.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strong role model for young adults (ages 18-29) and mentor them in developing wellness and therapeutic skills.
- Support guests during the morning and evenings in one on one and group settings.
- Observe and positively influence guest behavior, participation, and community culture.
- Communicate guest insight and info to colleagues and contribute to coordinated support for our guests.
- Facilitate wellness coaching, conflict resolution, and peer mediation.
- Serve as the first on-site point of contact in case of an emergency during the morning, evening, and overnight - directly reporting to the Manager on Duty.
- Provide stability and structure in campus overnight supervision and the guest experience.
- Provide transportation to and from recreational excursions and other activities and operate campus vehicles.
- Assist peers in activity supervision (Recreation, Fitness, Yoga, Culinary and Nutrition).
- Facilitate classes or projects as needed
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on qualifications, plus one hour of overnight pay for nights spent on campus.
Set shift schedule:
Shift work schedule up to 40 hours per week, from 2:00PM Wednesday through 9:00AM Sunday.
