SkyView Excavation & Grading, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team. As a trusted leader in the excavation and grading industry, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients while fostering a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll using QuickBooks to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal HR regulations, specifically within Utah’s HR laws
- Manage employee benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Maintain accurate records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements
- Support leadership with HR initiatives and strategic planning
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on payroll management using QuickBooks
- In-depth knowledge of Utah HR laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
