Admissions Coordinator

Skyview Rehab and Nursing is a short and long term care facility located in Wallingford, CT. We are currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review referrals with quick response time.
  • Communicates with the discharging case manager and
  • Convert referrals into new admissions.
  • Verify insurance and obtain insurance authorization.
  • Coordinate admissions with the facility team

Qualifications :

  • Prior skilled nursing experience is required
  • Experience with electronic referral systems (Careport, Epic, 4 Next, Medi-tech, Wellsky)
  • Fluent in PCC, Excel, Microsoft Word,
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
