Skyview Rehab and Nursing is a short and long term care facility located in Wallingford, CT. We are currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Review referrals with quick response time.
- Communicates with the discharging case manager and
- Convert referrals into new admissions.
- Verify insurance and obtain insurance authorization.
- Coordinate admissions with the facility team
Qualifications :
