QA Tester

This is a test position on a team that interacts mostly with the software integrating with our devices. The specific focus area of this position is a tester for an in flight hardware project where we are integrating new devices into existing systems.

Expectations:

This person will expected to understand business processes and our customer lifecycle, as it pertains to the application in test, to ensure the solution meets expectations. They will be Responsible for enforcing clear testable AC, Creating and tracking test cases, work in tandem with users for UAT and ultimately signoff for application changes.

• Technical skills

• Stored Procedure testing
• Web Service endpoint testing
• Application Testing
• Equipment Testing ( some basic and simulated “driving” scenarios to generate logs etc…)
• Agile SDLC knowledge
• Self Motivated/Self Starter
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to provide estimates for test items
• Comfortable within more complex systems
