Skywalk Group is growing and searching for the next Business Development professional to join our team!
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding business throughout the Midwest by identifying, pursuing and securing new business relationships by offering our RPO recruiting solution, as well as human resources and training services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will reside in the Midwest, as we expand and provide on-site training in Cedar Rapids, followed by work-from-home opportunity.

Essential Duties:
- Drive new opportunities by developing new, and leveraging existing client relationships
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of the employment industry, its trends and best practices
- Manage sales cycle; negotiate and close customized deals
- Work closely with both the business development and Operations teams to strategize and execute client acquisition and retention programs
Qualifications:
- 3 years proven B2B executive and C-level sales experience, preferably selling a service solution.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Recruiting or HR profession, a plus.
- Experience developing client relationships through daily cold calls, campaigns, group presentations, and "filling the funnel" targeted activities.
- Proven customer acquisition experience utilizing consultative, solution sales processes customized for each opportunity.
- Proficient using salesforce.com, or other CRM, as well as Zoom/Teams or similar tools.
- Proven record of quota attainment, driving new client revenues in excess of $1M annually.
Education and/or experience:
- College degree and 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
