Skywalk Group , a premier RPO recruiting and HR Consulting firm based in Iowa, is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in expanding our business throughout the Midwest. We are growing and searching for the next business development professional to join our team. This person will identify, pursue and secure new business relationships by offering our RPO recruiting solution, as well as human resources and training services to prospective clients.
We are searching for individuals who reside in the Midwest, as we expand and provide on-site training in Cedar Rapids, followed by work-from-home opportunity.
Essential Duties :
- Drive new opportunities by developing new, and leveraging existing client relationships
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of the employment industry, its trends and best practices
- Manage sales cycle; negotiate and close customized deals
- Work closely with both the business development and Operations teams to strategize and execute client acquisition and retention programs
