As a Customer Service Specialist , you'll provide outstanding service while developing strong relationships with customers and internal team members. Your role will involve accurately entering purchase orders and returns, researching and processing payments, keeping the database updated with the latest information, and ensuring all customer inquiries are handled timely and professionally.
