PBI-Gordon Corporation , an innovative turf and ornamental solutions provider, is hiring a Director of Strategic Accounts to join its dynamic team. This role offers a fully remote working environment with up to 70-90% travel expected.

As part of the Sales Leadership Team, you will lead the strategic accounts team, driving business execution and market-leading performance. Focused on the turf and ornamental markets-golf, landscape, and professional lawn care-you'll build strong customer relationships, craft effective business plans, and collaborate across many teams to deliver results.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching to direct reports that ensure both personal growth and achievement of business KPIs
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction for all accounts by leading the team in alignment with the PBI Way of business execution
  • Continuously monitor accounts performance and progress, implementing necessary actions as needed to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual strategic sales plans that enhance transparency, improve efficiency, and align with overall business strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with the development and regulatory teams to successfully deliver solutions that best serve the customer's needs

    Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Turf Management or Agriculture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 8 years of progressive sales management experience within the Professional Turf & Ornamental, Home Lawn & Garden markets or Agrichemicals industry required
  • Successful track record of profit and loss accountability in an organization of significant revenue size preferred
  • Highly developed customer service skills with a proven ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
