As a Job Site Laborer/Operator, you will be part of a team that helps salvage and clean-up grain bin catastrophes, ensuring businesses can get back up and running quickly. This role requires overnight travel to certain work sites.
As a Job Site Foreman, you will oversee and manage salvage, recovery, and demolition projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements for Job Site Laborer/Operator:
- General mechanical aptitude and/or willingness to learn
- Experience operating trucks and other heavy equipment is a plus
- Ability to do overnight travel to certain work sites (all travel expenses paid)
- Driver's license is required
- Class A or B CDL is preferred, or willingness to obtain
Requirements for Job Site Laborer Foreman:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in the mechanical or construction industry
- Experience operating trucks (Class A CDL preferred) and other heavy equipment
- Ability to do overnight travel to certain work sites (all travel expenses paid)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
