Job Description
The Plant Logistics Specialist role involves overseeing the seamless movement of goods, coordinating personnel, processes, and resources to ensure efficient distribution and delivery. Key responsibilities include gathering quotes and analyzing transportation and logistics plans, completing customs documentation forms, and providing information regarding industry requirements to assist with negotiations and contracts.
The successful candidate will monitor cost and performance improvements by analyzing cost drivers, processes, and specifications. They will also review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred (3-5 years)
- 2 years of logistics experience and/or transportation planning
