In this role, you'll plan, execute, and oversee outbound marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives. Collaborating across internal teams, you'll turn insights into action, fueling customer engagement and product success.
Position Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute multi-year tactical marketing plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive data to inform strategies and recommend research initiatives as needed
- Serve as the key liaison across departments to uphold the visual identity of the company's products, ensuring consistency of branded materials that convey a strong, recognizable message
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of training materials for professional products, tailored to sales teams, distributor representatives, and end-users
- Monitor and evaluate marketing program effectiveness using metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team
