Nordex is actively hiring a Plant Quality Technician to join its team. This key role will play a crucial part in ensuring wind turbine manufacturing processes meet established quality standards through detailed inspections and audits.
The Plant Quality Technician will:
- Conduct quality inspections on received materials and finished products to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify and correct quality deviations.
- Develop and implement action plans to resolve quality issues and prevent reoccurrences.
Key Requirements:
- Associates degree in Quality Management Systems or related field preferred, HS diploma/GED required.
- 3 years of professional quality control experience in wind turbine manufacturing or manufacturing industry, required.
- Proficiency in MS office and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM).
- Spanish language skills are desirable.
