Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee demand, production, and supply planning by applying best practices and leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to achieve delivery targets and optimize inventory strategies
• Manage and maintain supply agreements, ensuring competitive pricing, accurate forecasts, annual purchasing needs, and effective handling of supply shortages and changes
• Ensure materials and components are readily available to support the production schedule, maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure seamless operations and consistent service excellence
• Deliver regular updates in production and cGMP meetings on the status of Skywalk Group materials, components, and products to help prevent disruptions in manufacturing and ensure product availability for customers
• Guide and develop Procurement and Planning teams to oversee inventory levels, forecasting, pricing, payment terms, freight, quality control, and ensure on-time deliveries while managing backorders and sourcing needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing procurement, including expertise in purchasing, pricing negotiations, vendor management, production planning, and team leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
