As a Community-Based Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and assist the Community Support team, focusing on reducing hospitalizations and crisis episodes while enhancing community functioning through the achievement of individualized recovery goals.

**Responsibilities:**
•Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of 3-4 Support Team staff members.
•Use clinical expertise to diagnose, treat, and make informed decisions for clients, particularly in areas requiring behavioral health and trauma-focused care, within the scope of program services.
•Utilize a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to support clients in their recovery journey.
•Ensure accurate and timely completion of service documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
•Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
•LPC or LSW required; LCPC or LCSW preferred.
•5 years of clinical mental health experience.
•2 years of supervisory experience in mental health/human services fields.
