As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
•Conducting quality inspections on received materials and finished products to ensure compliance with technical specifications
•Monitoring production processes to identify and correct quality deviations
•Developing and implementing action plans to resolve quality issues and prevent reoccurrences
•Opening and following up on non-conformities related to the production line, ensuring they are addressed effectively and in a timely manner
To succeed in this role, you will need:
•An Associate's degree in Quality Management Systems or a related field (preferred), High School Diploma/GED required
•At least 3 years of professional quality control experience in wind turbine manufacturing or a manufacturing industry (required)
•Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM)
•Spanish language skills are desirable
