We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Hudson Valley, NY. The ideal candidate will work closely with a top-performing real estate agent, providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule property showings, coordinate with photographers and vendors, and manage appointments
- Handle general administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with social media posting and marketing initiatives
- Run local errands as needed (e.g., delivering documents, signage, etc.)
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals
Qualifications:
- Must have a current NYS Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one prior to employment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Social media savvy and experience with content posting is a bonus
- Reliable transportation
