Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager   

Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office   

Starting Salary: $49,352.06 - $54,287.27 (Salary commensurate with experience)  

Position Description:  

Skyward is looking for a high-energy sales professional to fill our Account Manager position. Our Account Managers engage with school districts and municipality leaders to promote our award-winning software.      

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging existing customers in order to build relationships for the purpose of upselling and retaining their business. The Account Manager will reach these business targets through effective management of the assigned territory and develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company.    

Integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.     

Responsibilities:       

  • Maintain a high level of Industry Knowledge       
  • Promote all aspects of Skyward and work within the corporate sales strategy      
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities with existing customers for revenue growth.     

Requirements:    

  • Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work both in team and solo environments      
  • Some travel as needed     
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
