Overview
The Maintenance IA plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our air craft maintenance. This position requires a skilled individual with extensive knowledge in aircraft systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards while working independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft
- Review and sign off on routine maintenance and repairs performed by other mechanics.
- Conduct regular inspections of the aircraft to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to coordinate repairs and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and documentation purposes.
- Strong A&P and IA knowledge for maintaining aircraft with experience on Cessna 172s, highly preferred.
- Experience with electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand complex aircraft operations and perform necessary repairs.
