Our Twin Cities based client is looking to bring on an IT Manager. You will be reporting to the CIO and focused on infrastructure, security, support. If you have experience managing mid-size teams and are a collaborative leader that thrives in an environment where you can make an impact, empower team members, drive efficiency automation this role should be to your liking.

To be successful you will need to be someone who can still get in the weeds technically and have the ability coach mentor team members, remove roadblocks, innovate , and work collaboratively across the business.

Desired Skills And Experience

• 10 years of experience with at least 2 years of people management * Experience with supporting multi-site locations * Oversee IT infrastructure and security budget * Ability to create and execute security policies and procedures * Monitor daily IT ops (hardware, software, operating systems) * Maintain compliance and regulatory standards (CIS and NIST is a plus)
